• Bachelor’s – Master’s degree in human resources management, business administration or any related field.
• At least 8 years experience in human resources management.

• Able to apply human resources management principle into practices
• Possess analytical skill
• Good command of presentation skill
• Be a good personality and systematic thinking person

Training Program Executive

Scope of work

• Provide training information to the customer
• Organize training course i.e. coordinate with trainer, the client and the hotel, prepare documentation works for the training course, be the MC,  summarize training result etc.
• Assist training program manager in scheduling training program

• 22 – 26 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in social science and business administration
• 0-3 years experience in training management
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
