1986 : Step forward with Determination
A group of experienced professionals founded the consulting firm with a vision to “Apply experiences and know-how from each founder to set up systems and tools to help the clients solve their problems in human resource management such as job evaluation, salary and benefits survey etc.”

1989 : Step for solid Foundation
Not only to serve clients wholeheartedly, BMC visioned the importance of laying foundation for a successful organization by recruiting more young potentials to become a new generation of consultants to serve our clients long term.

1993 : Step for Growth
With bird’s-eye view and careful planning, the consulting business had grown steadily and firmly. BMC has branched out into the training business through a joint venture with an international training organization.

1994 : Step for Security
To help secure the operations, BMC acquired and moved into its own office located at 23rd floor, Vongvanij B Building, Rama 9 Road, in 1995 and increased its registered capital from baht 650,000 to baht 5,575,000.

BMC celebrated its 20th anniversary on 14 July 2006.
